About Us
The Heathwood Old Towne is a welcoming, active neighborhood in the heart of West Ashley. Our 370 homes are bordered by Olde Towne Rd., Ashley River Rd., and Ashley Hall Rd. allowing easy access to downtown, North Charleston, and Citadel Mall.
We are within walking and biking distance to Lenevar Playground, Ashley Landing Plaza, Charlestown Landing, and Olde Towne Creek County Park. We are only a short drive to St. Andrews Library and St. Andrews Fitness and W. L. Stevens Swimming Pool.

One person’s trash is another person’s treasure! Host a garage sale at your home Saturday, September 19th from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
We’ll create and share a neighborhood map highlighting all participating homes to help shoppers plan their route.
Unsold items? No problem! The Kidney Foundation will pick up donations the following Monday, making it easy to declutter and give back.
Pumpkin Carving Event
October 15th, 2026
Lenevar Park
On Thursday, October 15th from 4-6, join us for our Pumpkin Carving Night at the basketball courts in Lenevar Park. We’ll provide the pumpkins and carving tools- just bring your creativity!
These pumpkins will then be used to help light up our annual Pumpkin Walk the following evening.
